- 🍤 100g peeled shrimp
Tofu
- 300g firm tofu
Vegetables
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 1 piece ginger
- 🧅 15cm green onion
- 🥬 200g lettuce
Oil
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
步驟
Drain the tofu and cut it into bite-sized cubes.
Chop garlic, ginger, and green onion finely.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté garlic, ginger, and green onion until fragrant.
Add peeled shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
Mix doubanjiang, ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, and water in a bowl to create the sauce.
Add tofu cubes and sauce to the pan, stirring gently to coat evenly.
Cook for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens and everything is heated through.
Serve on a bed of lettuce and enjoy warm.
