Main Ingredients
- 1/2 block tofu
- 200g spam
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- A dash of pepper
步驟
Rinse the tofu under running water and press out as much moisture as possible using your palm or a cloth.
Dice the spam and combine it with the drained tofu.
Mash the tofu and spam together thoroughly using disposable gloves.
Crack the eggs into the mixture, add a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper.
Add chopped green onion and mix everything evenly.
Heat a pan and scoop the mixture into small round portions using a spoon.
Cook each side until golden brown and transfer to a plate.
