Main Ingredients
- 🥡 300g tofu
- 200g spam
- 1 green chili
- 1 red chili
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic
- 5 tbsp cornstarch
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Cooking oil as needed
Sauce Ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- Dash of black pepper
步驟
Cut tofu and spam into bite-sized rectangular pieces.
Sprinkle salt on the tofu and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
Slice green chili, red chili, and garlic thinly.
Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Place tofu and cornstarch in a bag and gently shake to coat.
Heat oil in a pan and fry tofu until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté spam and garlic until fragrant.
Add tofu, green chili, and red chili to the pan.
Pour the sauce into the pan and stir-fry until thickened.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
