- 🧈 1 block firm tofu
- 1.5 handfuls sprout vegetables
- 🍅 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
Sauce Ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧅 1 tbsp minced onion
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Cut cherry tomatoes in half and slice tofu into bite-sized pieces. Use a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture from the tofu.
