- 🟫 200g firm tofu
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Natto Sauce
- 1 pack (30g) natto
- 🌱 1/4 bunch chives
- 1 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
步驟
Cut the tofu into 4 pieces and wrap in kitchen paper to remove excess water. Coat each piece with flour.
In a frying pan, add chives and 1 tbsp of water (not listed in ingredients). Heat until boiling, cover, and steam for about 30 seconds. Remove, rinse with cold water, squeeze out excess water, and chop finely.
In a bowl, mix the natto thoroughly, then add the chopped chives and ponzu soy sauce. Stir well to make the natto sauce.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the tofu pieces and cook until both sides are golden brown.
Serve the tofu steaks on a plate and top with the natto sauce.
