- 🧈 300g firm tofu
- Potato starch as needed
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🧅 30g minced green onion
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🍶 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- A pinch of grated ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil
步驟
Wrap the firm tofu in kitchen paper and place it in a microwave-safe container. Heat in a 600W microwave for 1 minute. Let it cool, cut into bite-sized pieces, and pat dry with kitchen paper. Coat both sides with potato starch.
Finely mince the green onion. In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients (☆) together.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the tofu and cook until both sides are golden brown. Serve on a plate and pour the sauce over the tofu.
