Main Ingredients
- 🧈 150g firm tofu
- 🍖 100g ground pork
- 🧅 5cm green onion, sliced
- 120g kimchi
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp miso
- 1 pinch dashi powder
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds

Cut the tofu into 8 equal pieces. Slice the green onion thinly and soak in water. Mix the seasonings in a bowl.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground pork and stir-fry until the meat changes color. Add tofu, kimchi, and the mixed seasonings, then stir-fry together.

Serve on a plate and garnish with sliced green onion.
