Main Ingredients
- 1 canned tuna
- 1/2 block tofu
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥕 1/4 carrot
- 1 shiitake mushroom
- 1 green onion
- 1 chili pepper
- 🥚 1 egg
- 2 tbsp batter mix
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
Steak Sauce
- 3 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 🧅 1/2 onion
步驟
Prepare the ingredients: drain the canned tuna, remove excess water from tofu using a cloth, and finely chop the vegetables.
Mix the tofu, tuna, minced vegetables, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl and knead thoroughly.
Add the batter mix and egg to the mixture and knead again until well combined.
Divide the mixture into portions, shape them into round patties, and flatten slightly.
Heat oil in a pan and cook the patties on both sides until golden brown.
In the same pan, sauté the onion until softened, then add the sauce ingredients and cook until thickened.
Serve the tofu tuna steaks with the prepared sauce drizzled on top.
