Main Ingredients
- 🍝 200g spaghetti
- 🐟 1 can (70g) canned tuna in water
- 🍅 1 tomato (200g), diced
- 🌱 4 okra, thinly sliced
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- to taste black pepper
步驟
Dice the tomato into 7mm cubes.
Rub okra with salt (not listed in ingredients) on a cutting board, rinse with water, and boil for 30 seconds. Cool in cold water.
Boil spaghetti for 1 minute longer than package instructions. Rinse under cold water and drain.
Cut off okra stems and slice thinly.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, ponzu soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Add okra and tuna, stirring until sticky. Add diced tomato and mix lightly.
Serve the spaghetti on a plate and top with the okra-tuna mixture.
