- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
Seafood
- 1 tbsp dried sakura shrimp
Vegetables
- 2 slices julienned ginger
- 🍅 1/2 tomato
- 1 julienned shiso leaf
Liquid

Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce

Cut the tomato into quarters, slicing radially with the cut side down.

Add the soaked rice, seasonings (☆), and water to the rice cooker up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well, flatten the rice, and spread sakura shrimp and ginger evenly on top. Start the regular cooking cycle.

Once cooked, place the tomato slices on top, close the lid, and let it steam for 10 minutes. Gently mix and serve in bowls, garnished with shiso leaf.
