- 🥛 100cc milk
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper

Remove the vein from the peeled shrimp, rinse with water, and pat dry.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté the shrimp for 1–2 minutes until they change color.

Add oatmeal, soup base ingredients, and broccoli to the pan. Mix well and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes until the oatmeal softens.
