Main Ingredients
- 🍅 3 tomatoes
- 🥩 300g thinly sliced beef
- 🧅 3 onions
- 20 green chilies
Seasonings
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 5 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
步驟
Prepare all ingredients.
Slice green chilies and remove seeds. Soak in water for 30 minutes to reduce spiciness. Slice one onion and soak in water for 30 minutes as well. Drain both thoroughly.
Slice two onions and spread them evenly on the bottom of a pan.
Place the beef on top of the onions. Season with salt and pepper. Cover the pan and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes.
Once the beef is cooked, arrange sliced tomatoes in a circular pattern on a serving plate. Place the cooked beef on top.
Drizzle half of the prepared sauce evenly over the beef. Add the soaked onion slices on top.
Layer the green chilies on top of the onions.
Drizzle the remaining sauce over the dish. Serve and enjoy.
