- 150g sushi rice

- sufficient amount of negitoro
- sufficient amount of squid sashimi
Vegetables
- sufficient amount of thinly sliced takuan
- sufficient amount of chopped green onion
- sufficient amount of shiso leaves
Seasoning
- sufficient amount of white toasted sesame seeds
步驟

Place the nori sheet on a bamboo sushi mat.

Spread the sushi rice evenly over the nori sheet.

Flip the nori sheet so the rice faces down.

Layer negitoro, squid sashimi, takuan, green onion, and shiso leaves on the nori.

Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat.

Sprinkle white toasted sesame seeds on the outside of the roll.

Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces and serve.
