Noodles
- 150g somen noodles
Meat
- 150g pork loin shabu-shabu slices
Vegetables
- 200g daikon radish, peeled and grated
Seaweed
- 2g tororo kombu
Seasoning
- 50cc concentrated men tsuyu (3x)
- 150cc water
- 2 tsp sesame oil
步驟
Peel and grate the daikon radish, then lightly squeeze out excess water.
Bring a pot of water to a boil, reduce to low heat, and cook the pork slices one by one until their color changes. Remove and set aside.
Boil the somen noodles in the same pot according to package instructions, then rinse under cold water and drain.
Mix the men tsuyu, water, and sesame oil in a bowl.
Arrange the somen noodles in a serving dish, pour the sauce over them, and top with pork slices, grated daikon, and tororo kombu.
