- 🍝 100g spaghetti
Vegetables
- 100g nagaimo (Japanese yam)
- 2 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
Seafood
- 1/2 stick mentaiko (spicy cod roe)
- 1 tbsp dried shirasu (whitebait)
Condiments
- 1 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)

Remove the contents of the mentaiko. Thinly slice the shiso leaves. Place the nagaimo in a bag and crush it with a rolling pin.

Boil water in a pot and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and mix with mentsuyu in a bowl.

Plate the spaghetti, top with the prepared mentaiko, shiso, and shirasu.
