Vegetables
- 50g kimchi
- 1/3 pack kaiware sprouts

Make a vertical cut on the tsubugai to open it and remove the milky white gland (salivary gland) by hand.

Cut the tsubugai into three bite-sized pieces.

Trim the roots off the kaiware sprouts and cut them into two pieces. Slice the kimchi into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, mix the tsubugai, kimchi, kaiware sprouts, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
