- 🐟 100g tuna
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 80g cream cheese
Vegetable
- 🥑 1/2 avocado
Condiments
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp wasabi
- 🧂 to taste mayonnaise
Grains
- 🍚 300g cooked white rice
Seaweed
- 🟩 1 sheet nori
Seasoning
- 🌰 to taste white sesame seeds
Sushi Vinegar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
步驟
Mix the sushi vinegar ingredients (vinegar, sugar, salt) in a container. Add the cooked white rice to a bowl, pour the sushi vinegar mixture, and mix gently. Let it cool.
Cut tuna, avocado, and cream cheese into 1cm thick strips. Mix wasabi and soy sauce in a container, then marinate the tuna for 5 minutes.
Place a sheet of plastic wrap on a bamboo sushi mat. Lay the nori sheet on top, then spread the sushi rice evenly over the nori.
Flip the nori sheet over so the rice faces down. Place tuna, avocado, and cream cheese on the nori.
Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat and plastic wrap. Once rolled, twist the ends of the plastic wrap to secure. Slice into bite-sized pieces and garnish with mayonnaise and sesame seeds if desired.
