Separate broccoli into small florets and slice the stem thinly. Place broccoli and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Cool in water and drain.

Mix soy sauce, mayonnaise, and wasabi in a bowl.
