Bread
- 🥖 8 slices baguette
Vegetable
- 🍅 4 tomatoes
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- Chopped parsley, a pinch
Canned Goods
- 🐟 2 cans tuna & corn in water
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 3 pieces processed cheese (30g)
Condiments
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, a pinch
Garlic
- 🧄 Grated garlic, a pinch
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
步驟
Cut off the tops of the tomatoes. Scoop out the insides with a spoon, removing seeds. Mince the onion and soak in water for 5 minutes, then squeeze out excess moisture.
Cut processed cheese into 7mm cubes.
Mix all ingredients marked with ☆ in a bowl to make the tuna salad.
Spread grated garlic evenly on the baguette slices. Place them on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and toast until golden brown.
Spread the scooped-out tomato pulp evenly on the toasted baguette slices. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Fill the hollowed tomatoes evenly with the tuna salad. Arrange on a plate, garnish with parsley, and serve with the prepared baguette slices.
