Rice
- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Seafood
- 🐟 70g canned tuna
Vegetables
- 🍄 100g maitake mushrooms
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Oil
- Dash of sesame oil
Liquid
- 💧 Water as needed
步驟
Separate maitake mushrooms into small clusters.
In a rice cooker, combine soaked rice, seasonings (mirin, sake, salt, soy sauce), and water up to the 2-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice.
Add canned tuna, maitake mushrooms, and sesame oil on top. Flatten the ingredients and cook using the standard rice setting.
Serve the cooked rice in bowls and garnish with chopped green onions.
