- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
Canned Goods
- 🐟 35g canned tuna in oil
Vegetables
- 🍄 50g maitake mushrooms
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Liquids
- 💧 Water, as needed
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Small amount of sesame oil

Separate maitake mushrooms into small clusters.

Add soaked rice, seasonings, and water to the rice cooker up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice. Place tuna and maitake mushrooms on top.

Cook using the normal rice cooking setting. Once done, gently mix and serve in bowls. Garnish with chopped green onion.
