Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
Seafood
- 1 piece (50g) pollock roe
Vegetables
- 🥔 3 medium potatoes
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber (50g)
Condiments
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt for cucumber
步驟
Wrap each potato in damp kitchen paper and plastic wrap. Microwave at 600W for 7–10 minutes until tender.
Peel the potatoes using a cloth and mash them lightly in a bowl, leaving some texture. Let them cool slightly.
Slice the cucumber thinly, mix with salt, and let sit until softened. Squeeze out excess water.
Cut open the pollock roe and extract the contents.
Combine the mashed potatoes, cucumber, tuna, pollock roe, mayonnaise, and salt and pepper in the bowl. Mix well.
