- 🐟 150g sashimi-grade tuna
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 clove sliced garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Butter
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Season the tuna with salt and pepper. Heat butter and garlic in a pan over medium heat until fragrant, then add vinegar and soy sauce and mix.

Add the tuna to the pan and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the tuna and slice into bite-sized pieces. Reserve the remaining sauce.
