Vegetables
- 🥬 1 bowl of shredded cabbage
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 🌱 A small amount of scallion
Protein
- 🐟 1 can of tuna
- 🥚 1 egg
Grains
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
Seasonings
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
步驟
Shred the cabbage, slice the onion, and chop the scallion.
Fry an egg in a pan and set it aside on a plate.
Heat a small amount of oil in the pan and add the scallion to make scallion oil. Stir until fragrant and golden.
Add the onion and cabbage to the pan and stir-fry until the cabbage softens and the onion becomes translucent.
Add the canned tuna, soy sauce, and chili powder to the pan. Mix well and cook for about 1 minute.
Serve the stir-fried cabbage mixture over a bowl of rice and top with the fried egg.
