- 150g boiled bamboo shoot
Canned Goods
- 190g canned tuna in water
Spices
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tsp curry powder

- 1/2 tbsp salad oil

Cut the bamboo shoot into thin slices for the tip and 5mm pieces for the root.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the canned tuna and stir lightly to break it apart.

Add the bamboo shoot and stir-fry over medium-low heat for 2–3 minutes.

Add curry powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine and cook for another minute.
