Main Ingredients
- 30g glass noodles
- 35g canned tuna (water-packed)
- 🥕 30g carrot, julienned
- 🥒 50g cucumber, julienned
Dressing
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Julienne the cucumber and carrot. Cut the glass noodles in half using kitchen scissors.

Boil water in a pot, add the glass noodles and carrot, and cook for 3 minutes. Drain well.

In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil). Add the cooked noodles, carrot, tuna, and cucumber, then mix well.
