Main Ingredients
- 🥬 1 cup kimchi, chopped
- 🐟 150g canned tuna
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, sliced
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Adequate amount of cooking oil
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 0.3 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
步驟
Prepare 1 cup of well-fermented kimchi and chop it into small pieces using scissors.
Slice 1 stalk of green onion into small pieces.
Drain 150g of canned tuna and set it aside. Keep the tuna oil for cooking.
Heat a pan and add an adequate amount of cooking oil. Stir-fry the green onion until fragrant.
Add the chopped kimchi to the pan and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
Add 0.3 tbsp sugar, 0.5 tbsp minced garlic, and 0.5 tbsp chili powder to the pan.
Add the tuna to the pan and mix well with the kimchi.
Move the kimchi mixture to one side of the pan and pour 1 tbsp soy sauce along the edge of the pan. Let it simmer briefly.
Mix the soy sauce into the kimchi and tuna mixture until well combined.
Add 1 tbsp sesame oil to the pan and stir to give the dish a glossy finish.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp sesame seeds over the dish as a garnish.
