Main Ingredients
- 1 frozen udon noodle pack
- 🐟 1 can tuna in oil (70g)
- 1 green leaf lettuce
- 🍋 1/2 lemon (sliced and juiced)
- 50cc concentrated mentsuyu (3x)
- 💧 150cc water
步驟

Slice 2 thin slices of lemon and juice the rest. Drain the oil from the tuna can.

In a bowl, mix mentsuyu, lemon juice, and water.

Place the frozen udon in a microwave-safe dish and heat according to the package instructions. Rinse under cold water and drain well.

Arrange the udon in a serving bowl. Tear the green leaf lettuce into pieces and place on top. Add the tuna, lemon slices, and pour the sauce over.
