Main Ingredients
- 10 perilla leaves
- 1/2 cup flour
- 🥚 2 eggs
Filling Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna
- 1 block tofu
- 🥕 1/4 cup grated carrot
- 🧅 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 🥚 2 egg whites
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
步驟
Drain the tofu and squeeze out excess water. Drain the tuna cans and chop all vegetables finely.
Mix the tofu, tuna, vegetables, salt, pepper, and egg whites in a bowl until well combined.
Wash the perilla leaves and pat them dry. Lightly coat both sides with flour.
Place a spoonful of filling on one side of each perilla leaf and fold it in half.
Dip the folded leaves into beaten egg and coat evenly.
Pan-fry the leaves on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
