Fish
- 🐟 150g sashimi-grade tuna
Coating
- Potato starch, as needed
Cooking Oil
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion, minced
- 2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- 1/2 tsp wasabi
- 💧 2 tbsp water
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
步驟
Mince the green onion and mix with soy sauce, wasabi, and water to prepare the green onion wasabi sauce.
Mix sake, soy sauce, and sesame seeds in a tray. Coat the tuna with the mixture for seasoning, then lightly dust with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the tuna for 30 seconds on each side until lightly browned. Remove and slice into 1cm thick pieces.
Arrange the tuna slices on a plate and drizzle with the green onion wasabi sauce.
