Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can (150g) canned tuna
- 400g soft tofu
- 1 cup kelp and anchovy stock
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Korean soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
步驟
Place 1 can (150g) of canned tuna in a bowl.
Add 2 tbsp chili powder, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp Korean soy sauce, 2 tbsp rice wine, 1 tbsp plum extract, 1 tbsp minced garlic, and the white part of 1 stalk of green onion (chopped). Mix well.
Prepare 400g of soft tofu by cutting it into 1.5cm thick slices.
Layer the tofu slices in a clay pot, alternating with the seasoned tuna mixture.
Pour 1 cup of kelp and anchovy stock over the layered tofu and tuna.
Bring the pot to a boil, then reduce to medium-low heat and simmer until fully cooked. Add the green part of the green onion (chopped) before serving.
