- 🐟 1 can (150-200g) canned tuna
- 🧅 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 🥕 1/2 cup finely chopped carrot
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧂 1 pinch of salt
- 🍞 2/3 cup breadcrumbs
- A dash of pepper
Sauce
- 5 tbsp steak sauce
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 💧 4 tbsp water
步驟
Finely chop the onion and carrot. Prepare 1 can of tuna (150-200g) and drain the oil.
In a bowl, mix the chopped vegetables, minced garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and breadcrumbs. Combine gently to avoid breaking the tuna.
Shape the mixture into round, flat patties.
Prepare the sauce by mixing steak sauce, ketchup, corn syrup, and water. Alternatively, use only steak sauce for simplicity.
Heat oil in a pan and cook the patties until golden brown on both sides.
Serve the tuna steaks with the sauce drizzled on top.
