Spread 1/3 of the tuna tartar on each piece of tofu, leaving space at the back. Add one slice of cheese and 1/3 of the green onions. Roll from the front and secure with two toothpicks. Repeat for all pieces and cut each roll in half.

Heat sesame oil in a pan and spread it thinly. Fry the rolls over medium heat, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides.
