Protein
- 🍗 150g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 turnips
- 30g turnip leaves
Oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Liquid
- 💧 500ml water
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of sliced chili
Thickener
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 💧 2 tsp water
步驟

Cut turnips into quarters, leaving 2cm of stem. Slice turnip leaves into 3cm pieces. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the chicken.

Add water and seasonings (☆) to the pot. Bring to a boil, then add turnips and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

Add turnip leaves and stir in the cornstarch slurry to thicken the soup.
