- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
Meat
- 🐖 80g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🧅 1/8 bunch chopped green onion
Condiments
- 🍑 2 ume plums, pitted
- 🧂 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Liquids
- 💧 Water as needed
步驟
Cut the pork into 2cm wide strips.
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them. Chop the green onion into small pieces and pit the ume plums.
Add the rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and water to the rice cooker, filling up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice. Place the pork, shimeji mushrooms, and ume plums on top and start the normal cooking cycle.
Once cooked, add the green onion and mix while breaking apart the ume plums.
