    • 1 red shiso pickled ume
    • 1 tsp concentrated soy sauce
    • 1/2 tsp grated ginger

    • 🥓 3 slices bacon
    • 40g greens (e.g., nanohana)
    • 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
    • 1/2 tsp salad oil
