    • 🧅 1/4 onion (50g)
    • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
    • 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper
    • Nutmeg to taste

Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak in water. Slice carrots into chunks, thinly slice half an onion, mince the other quarter, and cut broccoli into small florets. Microwave broccoli for 1.5 minutes and drain.

Mix ground meat with meatball seasonings in a bowl until sticky. Divide into 10 portions and shape into balls.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and cook meatballs for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from pan.

Wipe excess oil from the pan, add butter, and sauté sliced onion until soft. Add potatoes and carrots, cooking until coated in oil.

Sprinkle flour and stir until no lumps remain. Add water, salt, and meatballs. Cover and simmer for 7-8 minutes until potatoes are tender. Add milk and broccoli, stirring until thickened.

Transfer mixture to a baking dish, top with cheese, and bake in a toaster oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
