Fried Rice Ingredients
- 🍚 1.5 cups cooked rice
- 50g diced ham
- 30g diced zucchini
- 🧅 30g diced onion
- 🥕 20g diced carrot
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
步驟
Beat 2 eggs in a bowl until smooth.
Dice ham, zucchini, onion, and carrot finely.
Heat a pan over medium heat, add vegetable oil, and sauté ham, carrot, onion, and zucchini until softened.
Add rice and salt to the pan and stir-fry until rice is evenly coated and slightly crispy.
Mix sesame seeds and sesame oil into the fried rice and let it cool slightly.
Form the fried rice into small, compact balls using your hands or a mold.
Heat a pan over low heat, add a small amount of oil, and pour a thin layer of beaten egg to create an omelette sheet.
Place a rice ball onto the partially cooked egg sheet and roll it gently using chopsticks.
Repeat the process for all rice balls and egg sheets.
Serve the egg rolls with a drizzle of tomato ketchup.
