Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini, thinly sliced
- 🥔 1 potato, peeled and thinly sliced
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 🥕 1/8 carrot, thinly sliced
Batter
- 5 tbsp tempura flour
- 💧 100ml water
- 🧂 4 pinches of salt
- Optional: 1 chili pepper, deseeded and sliced

Peel the potato and slice it thinly. Slice the zucchini, onion, and carrot into thin strips (0.2–0.3 cm thick).

In a bowl, mix the sliced vegetables with salt, tempura flour, and water until evenly combined.

Heat a pan with enough oil to cover the fritters halfway. Scoop a spoonful of the mixture and fry until golden brown on both sides.

Serve the fritters hot and enjoy!
