- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste

- 🥛 400 ml milk
- 🧈 20 g salted butter
Liquid
- 💧 200 ml water
Garnish
- 🌿 Dried parsley to taste

Thinly slice the potatoes and onion.

Heat butter in a pot, add potatoes and onion, and sauté over medium heat until the onion softens. Add water and consomme, then simmer until the potatoes are tender.

Blend the mixture in a blender until smooth, then return it to the pot and add milk.

Heat until just before boiling, season with salt and pepper, then let cool. Refrigerate until chilled. Garnish with dried parsley before serving.
