- 🍝 100g spaghetti
Seafood
- 🦪 200g clams (purged)
Vegetables
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
- Chopped parsley to garnish

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 50cc white wine

Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan, add clams and white wine, cover and steam over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until clams open.

Boil water in a pot, add salt (1 tbsp, not listed in ingredients), cook spaghetti according to package instructions, reserving 100cc of pasta water before draining.

Add chili, spaghetti, reserved pasta water, salt, and pepper to the pan with clams, mix well. Plate and garnish with parsley.
