Dressing
- 🧈 10g melted butter
- 2 green leaf lettuce leaves
- 🍅 2 cherry tomatoes
- 1 can tuna
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Batter
- 100g pancake mix
- 🥚 1/2 egg
- 🥛 80ml milk
步驟
In a bowl, mix the beaten egg and milk together.
Sift in the pancake mix and stir until combined.
Preheat the waffle iron, brush with melted butter, and pour about 80ml of batter into the iron. Cook for 3–4 minutes.
Quarter the cherry tomatoes.
In a bowl, mix the tuna, mayonnaise, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Place the green leaf lettuce on the waffle, followed by the cherry tomatoes and tuna mixture.
