Seaweed
- 4 tbsp dried wakame
Vegetables
- 🥕 50g carrot, julienned
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Spices
- 1 tsp sliced chili
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds

Rehydrate the dried wakame in plenty of water according to the package instructions, then drain. Julienne the carrot.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add wakame and carrot, and stir-fry until softened.

Add the seasonings (mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and sesame seeds) and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.

Add sliced chili and stir-fry briefly to combine.
