食材
Seaweed
- 1 tbsp wakame
Egg
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- White sesame seeds to taste
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
Liquid
- 💧 400 ml water
Thickener
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 💧 1 tsp water
步驟

Add all ingredients marked with ☆ into a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, add wakame and stir in the cornstarch mixture.

Once the soup thickens, slowly pour in the beaten egg while stirring gently. Cook until the egg is semi-cooked, then add sesame oil and turn off the heat.

Serve in bowls and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.
