Vegetables
- 30g wakame
- 50g enoki mushrooms
- 🥒 50g cucumber, julienned
Seasoning
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
步驟
Wash the wakame in water. Soak it in a bowl with enough water to cover for 4 minutes. Drain and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms and cut them in half. Separate the root-end pieces. Place the enoki in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds. Drain and let cool.
Julienne the cucumber and sprinkle with 1/3 tsp salt. Massage the salt into the cucumber and let it sit for 10 minutes until softened. Rinse and squeeze out excess water.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (vinegar, sugar, soy sauce) in a bowl. Add the wakame, enoki, cucumber, and sesame seeds. Toss to combine.
