Seaweed
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Tofu
- 1 piece fried tofu (20g)
Broth
- 3g flying fish broth powder
Liquid
- 💧 400cc water
Condiment
- 2 tbsp miso
Vegetable
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, a pinch
步驟
Soak dried wakame in water to rehydrate, drain, and cut into bite-sized pieces if large. Press fried tofu with paper towels to remove excess oil, then cut in half horizontally and slice into 1cm strips.
In a pot, add water and flying fish broth powder. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then add wakame and fried tofu. Simmer for 1–2 minutes.
Dissolve miso into the pot and stir well.
Serve the soup in bowls and garnish with chopped green onion.
