- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 30g salted wakame
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🍬 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp mustard
步驟
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Wash the salted wakame under running water, soak it in plenty of water for about 5 minutes to remove the salt, squeeze out excess water, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Slice the cucumber thinly, sprinkle with salt, let sit for 5 minutes, and squeeze out excess water.
Mix the mustard vinegar miso ingredients (sugar, vinegar, miso, mustard) in a bowl.
Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the wakame for about 1 minute.
Combine the octopus, wakame, cucumber, and the mustard vinegar miso mixture in a bowl and toss well.
