- 🐟 80g sashimi-grade tuna

- 3 stalks of wakame
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground white sesame
- 💧 1 tbsp water
步驟

Trim the roots of the wakame. Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, and blanch the wakame starting with the stems for 30 seconds. Add the green parts and blanch briefly. Drain and cut into 12 equal pieces.

Cut the tuna into 2cm cubes.

In a bowl, mix the seasonings (☆). Add the wakame and tuna, then toss to combine.
