- 2 turnips, peeled and sliced
- 80g wakame, boiled and chopped
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
Dressing
- 1/2 tsp yuzu kosho
- 1 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Boil water in a pot, blanch the wakame briefly, then rinse in cold water and drain. Chop into bite-sized pieces.

Peel the turnips and cut them into quarters lengthwise, then slice thinly. Place the turnips in a bowl, add salt, massage gently, and let sit for 5 minutes. Squeeze out excess water.

In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients (yuzu kosho, ponzu soy sauce, and olive oil). Add the wakame and turnips, then toss to combine.
