Main
- 30g vermicelli
- 2 slices ham
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber (50g), julienned
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Dressing
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Julienne the cucumber. Rehydrate the dried wakame in plenty of water and squeeze out excess moisture.

Cut the ham in half and slice into thin strips.

Boil water in a pot and cook the vermicelli according to package instructions. Drain well.

Mix the dressing ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil) in a bowl. Add the vermicelli, ham, cucumber, and wakame, then toss to combine.
